Registration Instructions

  1. On-Line registration has been extended through 12noon PDT, Friday, July 11. After that, the on-line registration will be closed and on-site registration must be used beginning Sunday, July 13.

  2. Pricing: The $440 reg fee extends to 12noon PDT, Monday, July 7, after which it increases to $550. This is due to commitments that must be made to service providers of the event.

  3. Restrictions: After 12noon PDT, Monday, July 7, SMC-IT cannot guarantee reservations at the Universal Studios night out event. We will do our best to accommodate late (post-July 7) and on-site registrations up to a target ceiling we have negotiated with the theme park.

  4. No cash will be accepted on site. Only credit cards and checks, including travelers checks.

  5. Online Registration is now closed.

Important Information

The conference registration fee will include participation for all the sessions on July 14, 15, 16, entrance to the vendor exhibition hall, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, Monday night reception and a first come first served Thursday (post-conference) tour of JPL*.

In addition, the registration fee will include an electrifying night out at Universal Studios® Hollywood. We will be shuttling all attendees to Universal Studios for a private Studio Tour followed by an exclusive dinner held at Universal Studios Globe Theatre. It will also include private screening of IMAX Feature "Space Station 3D" after the dinner.

JPL Tour: Space is limited. JPL requires that all U.S. citizens, 18 years of age or older, present official, government issued photo identification (driver's license or passport) before being allowed entry. All non-U.S. Citizens 18 years of age or older must present a passport or resident visa (green card) before being allowed entry. Individuals without proper identification will not be admitted to the Laboratory.

*Please Note
Students' registration fees do not include the Universal Studios® Hollywood event. You may purchase tickets separately through our website.
